All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched for shipping.
Estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs delays, carrier issues, or peak demand periods.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
All packages are insured during delivery. If your package is lost or does not arrive, we will offer a free replacement or full refund. This does not cover stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
We ship internationally. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to return an item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
